  • A 50% deposit is required in order to guarantee a place for lodging. Deposit can be made by accepted credit cards. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Cancellations affect us greatly as we turn away guests when your reservation is made. If the cancellation is less than 30 days before your stay, you will be charged the full stay. If the innkeeper can re-book your stay, 100% of your deposit will be refunded, less credit card fees.

  • No smoking is allowed inside any of the properties. Smoking is permitted outside with extreme care, depending on wild land fire conditions. No candles or incense allowed in any of the properties.

Our Colorado Springs area cabin rental is poised in a beautiful mountain setting on Cascade Mountain and is near the entrance to Pikes Peak Highway, Colorado Springs, and Manitou Springs. It is a short walk to Cascade's finest restaurant, The Wines of Colorado.

Includes king-size bed and two queen-size beds, Moss Stone gas fireplace, cable TV, VCR/DVD and movies, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens provided. There is a BBQ grill outside the property and Wi-Fi is provided. The cottage features an antique claw-foot soaking tub as well as a full walk-in shower.
