Policies for our vacation rentals, cabins and romantic getaways to the Pikes Peak area of Colorado are as follows:

• Check-in: 3:00-6:00pm
• Check-out: By 11:00am
• Late arrivals may be arranged  with prior notice. We are sorry, but we cannot accomodate early arrivals.
• A deposit is required within 7 days of reservation. 50% of total reservation. Balance with tax is due upon arrival. Deposits can be made by credit cards (VISA/MasterCard), cash, or personal checks.
• Guests will be responsible for the total amount of room charges if reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival. A refund less processing fee of $ 15.00 will be issued in the event the reserved mountain property is re-booked for the same dates. If the innkeeper can re-book the stay, deposit is refunded.
