We are just 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, and most area attractions. In close proximity to Green Mountain Falls and Manitou Springs. Great hiking, jogging, fishing, horseback riding, river rafting, bicycling, and shopping at the unique shops in the local area. Cripple Creek Gambling is a 40 minute drive.
