  • A 50% deposit is required in order to guarantee a place for lodging. Deposit can be made by accepted credit cards. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Cancellations affect us greatly as we turn away guests when your reservation is made. If the cancellation is less than 30 days before your stay, you will be charged the full stay. If the innkeeper can re-book your stay, 100% of your deposit will be refunded, less credit card fees.

  • No smoking is allowed inside any of the properties. Smoking is permitted outside with extreme care, depending on wild land fire conditions. No candles or incense allowed in any of the properties.
  • No pets are permitted.

Perfect for family travel to Colorado Springs, the Chipita Guesthouse also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family/living room area with fireplace that comes with its own mountain view. You can almost reach up and touch the stars from the private hot tub.  The large deck overlooks the entire Ute Pass.
